What started as a Senior’s Walking Track has grown into a community gathering place.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

    Yoga with Helen - 10 am to 11 am (main level)

  • Strength Training with Joelle - 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm (main level)

    Tai Chi  - 7 pm to 9 pm  (main level)

    1. Yoga by Mala - GBH - 10 am to 11 am  (main level)

      Strength Training with Joelle - 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm (main level)

      Strength Training with Joelle - 6 pm to 7 pm  (main level)

    Walking Track - 1 pm to 3 pm  (main level)

    Saturday

    Strength Training with Joelle - 7:45 am to 9:00 am (main level)
