What started as a Senior’s Walking Track has grown into a community gathering place with fitness groups.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Fall and Winter 2024/2025

  • Strength and Sculpt Fitness 4:45 pm

    • Tuesday

    • Chair Yoga with Magda - 9 am to 10 am

  • Wednesday

  • Strength and Sculpt Fitness 6 am

  • Mindful Yoga with Helen at 10 am

    • Thursday

    • Chair Yoga with Magda - 9 am to 10 am

    • Tai Chi -  10 am to noon

    • Walking Track is open 1 - 2 pm

    • Strength and Sculpt Fitness 6 pm

    • Friday

    • Walking Track is open 10 till noon

    • Saturday

    • Strength and Sculpt Fitness 7:30 am
